This form is meant for parishioners who are already registered in our parish but may have changes in their household, This may include new addresses and contact information and/ or changes in the family members who live in this household. We ask that children register on their own when they reach the age of 18. This information helps us keep our records in order and and makes scheduling weddings, baptisms, funerals, etc. so much easier. It is also helpful in situations where a parishioner needs a letter of good standing for various reasons. We appreciate your time in doing this!
